How to obtain your certificate as a systemic trainer

You will receive certification as a systemic trainer if you meet the certification requirements.
These are:

your systemic professional certification
the systemic training activities you carried out

Your training certificate lists the specialist areas in which you have acquired special expertise through systemic training.

Your certificate has a validity guarantee and must be renewed after 5 years.
The new certificate will be issued if you can provide evidence of further systemic teaching activities in the meantime.

Systemic professional certification

1.1. SystCert certificate in at least one area of specialization as a registered field of expertise. The confirmed area of specialization must have been registered at least 12 months ago.

Systemic teaching experience

2.1. At least 1,000 teaching units of experience in a systemic education or training context. Only teaching experience that began after the confirmed focus of activity in the SystCert certificate will be taken into account.
Proof is provided by means of external certificates issued by qualified specialists in the field.

When the certificate is issued, the registered SystCert subject areas are also entered as the main areas of focus in teaching.

Please note:

SystCert training certificates will be issued in equivalent subject areas under the transitional arrangement until December 31, 2028, without further examination, if teaching certificates have been issued by one of the following systemic associations: DGSF; SG or DGSP *.

The fields of expertise of systemic trainers are complex and also vary greatly in terms of target groups and assignment contexts. For this reason, competencies should be classified according to areas of specialization, similar to medical professionals with their specialist training.

The SystCert certificate is valid for 5 years from the date of issue.

To ensure that certificate holders continue to provide advice in accordance with current professional standards, a total of at least 1,000 training units must be demonstrated for systemic teaching units completed during this period.
For each subject area, at least 100* training units must be demonstrated.

External teaching certificates issued by systemic experts are accepted as proof.

To renew the certificate, these training certificates are uploaded by the applicant, and the new certificate is issued after verification.

* TU = training unit of 45 minutes

SQ Cert charges the following fees for the assessment and certification as a systemic trainer:

Certification for applicants in the standard process with document review

Initial certification:
Certification including 1 field of expertise: € 299.00,
Each additional field of expertise € 199.00

Extension certification: per field of expertise: € 199.00

Certification for applicants under the transitional arrangement
(for certificates from DGSF, SG, DGSP) valid until December 31, 2028.
No document verification is required here; issuance is automated..

Initial certification including all fields of expertise: € 99.00

Extension certification per field of expertise € 99.00

Renewal certification for 5 years at a time:

Renewal including 1 field of expertise: € 199.00,
Each additional field of expertise € 99.00.
