Training institutes can obtain SystCert recognition in the field of systemic training and have their training courses certified.
This enables their graduates to benefit from simplified document verification and significantly reduced certification costs as systemic speciatlist in accordance with SystCert special requirements.
This results in the following advantages for training institutes:
The recognition of an institute in accordance with SystCert standards is carried out by the commissioned independent testing agency SQ Cert.
Please note: For systemic training institutes with a valid AZAV accreditation and/or association certification (DGSF, SG, DGSP), the application process is significantly simplified.
With a SystCert recognition, training institutes position themselves as quality-assured providers of systemic training - independent of associations, with a strong certificate that inspires confidence among graduates, employers, and professional circles.
In order to be recognized, the training institute must have modern learning standards and meet the state requirements for educational institutions in accordance with AZAV.
Training courses that are awarded with the SystCert certification or the SystCert option (for core training courses lasting at least one year) must be described in detail. This serves the purpose of quality assurance and, above all, benefits graduates, as the commissioned testing agency SQCert then only has to carry out a simplified document check.
Changes to training curricula or new training courses can be certified at any time. To do so, new applications or change requests must be submitted before advertising the SystCert recognition or the SystCert option.
A certified SystCert training (at least 570 TU in total) can be advertised with the symbols: ‘SystCert-certified’ or ‘SystCert-certified training’.
A core training course of at least 1 year (at least 300 teaching units in total) can be advertised with the label ‘with SystCert Option’.
The certification of training courses is valid for 5 years and must be reapplied for afterwards.

The relevant templates and completion instructions will be provided by SQ Cert GmbH, the certification body, after you have submitted your expression of interest in recognition through the request form.
Institutes holding a valid AZAV accreditation and/or accreditation by the professional associations DGSF, SG, or DGSP are subject to a considerably simplified assessment procedure and need to submit only part of the required documentation.
The recognition is valid for 5 years and must be reapplied for afterward. If there are any doubts about the institute's quality, SQCert reserves the right to conduct an on-site audit based on the application.
