Preliminary inquiry Form for Specialist Certificate

If you are planning a systemic training and are unsure whether this training (along with additional qualification documents) will qualify you for certification as a Systemic Practitioner, you are welcome to submit a non-binding preliminary inquiry .

Based on your submitted documents and the planned systemic training, you will receive a binding decision from the certification body on whether the requirements for future certification are met.

A fee of €100 will be charged by the certification body for the preliminary inquiry, which will later be credited towards the processing fees for your certification application as a Systemic Practitioner.

Information about the Training Institute for Your Planned Systemic Training

This inquiry will be forwarded to the certification body of SQ-Cert GmbH. During the processing, you will receive a notification from the certification body and an invitation to set up a customer account.
